Meditations and Pathworkings Suggestions on how to use these meditations and pathworkings: Read through the meditation at least one time before actually setting out to do. This establishes and lays down neural track for the subsequent readings so that the information is received at multiple levels of understanding and resonance with each additional practice. If possible, record the meditation. Speak slowly and in a relaxed state and do not rush. When you listen to the recording it will be much faster than you think if you do not purposefully slow the pace of your speech. For any sections indicating a pause – generally 30-60 seconds of silence are adequate. If a "long pause" is indicated allow at least 10-15 minutes for this section. Pre-recording the meditation allows you to fully engage in the meditation process without having to hold and read through pages. Additionally, recording in your own voice, enhances recognition at a cognitive level so what you are saying is more deeply integrated into your various levels of consciousness. If you are unable to record the meditation, reading through is effective as well. And, as long as the intent that is set into motion prior to the meditation is one of receiving the highest benefits from it having to keep your eyes open and reading will not be distracting.
Pathworkings The Horn of Plenty pdf R. Fennelly A pathworking to bring gratitude into your life The Garden R. Fennelly This pathworking is done in two (2) parts. This first deals with release and preparing the ground for new growth and planting. The second with the planting of those seeds you wish to cultivate. I have used a garden setting for the working; a space which will and serve as creative ground for whatever new things you wish to plant, cultivate and have flourish. The first meditation is most effective if done during the waning moon (last quarter to just prior to NEW). The second meditation would then follow up anytime between the New and Full Moons. To continue the cycle, each subsequent month between New and Full, I would suggest revisiting your garden, pruning and weeding as needed and harvesting that which you begin to see manifesting in your life. As with any garden, patience, attentiveness and tender loving care are essential for beauty to flourish.
